Do you have any renovation or construction projects? Would you like to discover products and methods that are recommended in the construction of a LEED Platinum and Novoclimat 2.0 certified eco home? The virtual tour of the ERE 132 Eco Home lets you do just this. You will explore a two-floor single family home measuring 173 m2 (1 860 ft2) with no basement. Built on the Reford Gardens site, the Eco Home comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an exhibit area and a mechanical room. There are 84 technical datasheets available for you to consult during the tour. They describe the material, equipment, furniture and even the services used as well as the names of the suppliers involved. This basket of eco-products with a low impact on the environment and consumer health is mainly composed of materials that have been extracted and transformed in eastern Quebec.
